We are offering an opportunity to join our team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer. The role is based in Holmdel, New Jersey, and offers a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for both backend and frontend development, project management, and providing ongoing support to enhance existing reports and dashboards.Responsibilities:• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, abstract low-level information to a general understanding, and work with customers to uncover unmet business needs• Develop data models that support underlying requirements and are maintainable with ETL processes• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools• Partner with business stakeholders, including senior management, to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports• Understand the business context behind data and how solutions tie into group or company’s overall goals• Enhance existing reports and dashboards to improve performance and presentation• Support the underlying ETL architecture and data warehouse• Learn new applications, processes, and procedures quickly and be willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgement and initiative
